How it started
It started at 16, on the market, with nylon tights at 220 rubles and a shortage everyone was chasing. That was the first lesson: people buy the feeling that they were lucky to find the thing, not the thing itself. Sales never let go after that.
A move to Moscow, a wholesale company, an office job at Medosa, and personal turnover grew from 300 thousand to 25 million rubles a month. It was a real school: negotiation, trust, hearing the person before offering anything. I later realised that was customer research, just without the name.
Parental leave was the turn. I wanted to stay close to the family and keep growing. I moved online and absorbed everything: Igor Mann's school, conferences, Skolkovo. The first launch I ran myself brought 450,000 rubles, and a clearer discovery: I am more interested on the other side of the stage. Not the face of the project, but the architect of the system behind it. Over the next five years: 18 launches, 15 niches, ₽69M+ in revenue. In parallel I learned vibe coding and started building products in Cursor without a development team.
